4. Account Registration
To book a session, users must:
- Register to create an account
- Provide accurate personal and contact information
- Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach our terms or misuse the platform.
5. Booking and Payments
All bookings must be made via our website. Payments are collected securely via Square. You will receive a confirmation email once a booking is complete.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule a booked session with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the full session fee may be charged. If we cancel a session, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
7. Service Limitations
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your technical issues, but we cannot guarantee all problems can be fixed. Some issues may require third-party support or hardware replacement outside our control. We are not responsible for:
- Data loss
- Device damage due to prior misuse
- Incompatibility with unsupported systems
